Welcome to Clear Sparkle! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By engaging with us - either online or offline - you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Our Services

Clear Sparkle provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Brisbane. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any property that is unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable standards, or outside our service area.

2. Quotations & Pricing

- All quotes are free and based on the information provided by the customer.

- Final pricing may vary if the actual condition or scope differs from what was initially described.

- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

- Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online form, or email.

- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

- Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Access & Client Responsibilities

To complete the service, clients must:

- Provide access to the property at the scheduled time

- Ensure running water, electricity, and clear entry are available

- Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items

If access is not provided or unsafe working conditions are present, the service may be cancelled, and a fee may apply.

5. Payments

- Payments are due on the day of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

- We accept [e.g., EFT, debit/credit card, PayPal, etc.]

- Late payments may result in service delays or additional charges.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return and re-clean the affected area at no extra charge. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Damage & Liability

While we take utmost care, Clear Sparkle is not liable for:

- Pre-existing damage

- Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value

- Inaccessible areas that are not cleaned as a result

You agree to notify us in advance of any special cleaning instructions or areas requiring care.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Clear Sparkle and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Sparkle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
